The Northern RI Collaborative is devoted to assisting individuals to explore and develop the skills required for the workplace. NRIC is committed to assisting individuals with identifying and finding meaningful employment and educational opportunities through “real world” experiences and research using a person-centered approach. NRIC fully embraces the Employment First Policy which is a Federal initiative by the Office of Disability Employment Policy emphasizing services designed to integrate individuals with disabilities into their communities, providing them with the same opportunities and responsibilities as all citizens.
